Social isloation

Social isolation happens when people have very few social contacts or meaningful interactions with others. For many older adults, days or even weeks can pass without a real conversation, a visit, or a phone call. Over time, this lack of connection can make them feel invisible and lonely and can seriously harm both their mental and physical health.
